At this early stage of understanding the basics, I fully recommend you keep your body content clean and simple, do not start being clever now:

• Use proper sentences with verbs.
• Use capitilization were applicable.
• Use of good grammar.
• Spelling and punctuation.

Break down your page into two sections:

• Introduction ie; what’s your page all about in general.
• Meat of your content ie; what’s your page all about in detail.
• If required a quick conclusion of the above two.

Use of your Head keywords:

• As a rule of thumb stick to 7% to your total text count.
• Spread them out in an even manner throughout your sentences.
• At this stage use bold on 3 of your keywords top, middle and bottum of your body text.
• At this stage spell, grammar and punctuation check.
